Change of Mode in the Swiss Super League

The Swiss Super League will have twelve teams and a play-off mode from 2023/24:

1st phase (22 matchdays)
Each team in the Super League plays each other twice (home and away).

2nd phase (10 match days)
The league is divided into a champions (1st-6th) and a relegation group (7th-12th). Each team in the respective group plays each other twice (home and away).

3rd phase
Ranks 1&2: Best-of-Three final series for the championship title.
Ranks 3-10: Playoffs with first and second legs analogous to Champions League for European Cup places.
