Change to the bidding levels for limited cards

Previously, the first bid was 0.0001 and the second bid was 0.001 with an increase of 10x.This has now been changed so that the second and third bids are 0.0001. The first bid is now 0.0001, the second bid is 0.0002, the third bid is 0.0003 and so on.
