Map bonuses in Capped Mode and new XP formula

As already announced, there are the following changes from game week 408:

Card Bonuses in Capped Mode
The three card bonuses (New Season Bonus, Experience Points, Collection Bonus) will be reintroduced in Capped Mode along with the 20% Captain's Bonus. The required point threshold will be increased from 250 to 280 points.

Experience Points (XP) Update
In addition, Sorare is changing the XP formula. Simply explained, in the new system XP will simply increase more slowly in the first few months and then increase more quickly after a few months.
